I have an unwavering commitment to student mentorship and to the promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion within higher education. 

While at Stanford, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor pre-doctoral and junior doctoral students across Micro and Macro Organizational Behavior. I'm also actively engaged in recruiting efforts at both the department- and university-level, and regularly participate in diversity-focused panels, outreach programs, and information sessions to support the school's initiatives.

Beyond my own institution, I've helped create learning opportunities for my peers by co-organizing a professional development workshop at the Academy of Management annual meeting. Each year, I also travel to Chicago to participate in the PhD Project’s flagship conference, where I have the opportunity to connect with prospective doctoral students from underrepresented backgrounds and support them on their journey to graduate school. Together, these efforts are a reflection of my dedication to nurturing a vibrant academic community, and to engaging, inspiring, and developing the next generation of management scholars.
